In-App Support

If you’re able to log in, the fastest way to get support is by submitting a call track through our system. This will escalate your issue directly to our support team, who will begin investigating.

To submit a call track in Cetaris Fleet or Cetaris Fixed Asset, hit F12 in the application and enter your information in the pop-up window.

For our mobile apps, open the menu on the top right-hand side and select “Contact Support”.
