Collaborate on outside repairs animation transcript

The following transcript describes the “Collaborate on outside repairs” animation on the Cetaris PO Approval App page.

Stage 1: Review Purchase Order
From the Purchase Order list, PO #58423694 is clicked. The user clicks the Decline button at the buttom of the screen and a Decline Purchase Order screen opens.

Stage 2: Enter Comments
In the comments box, the user types “Missing loyal customer discount”.

Stage 3: Decline and send to supplier

The Decline button is clicked and the screen returns to the Purchase Order list.
